Richard Crenian shares his knowledge and experiences to help nurture the next great generation. He is the founder and mentor of Young Entrepreneurs Organization Saskatchewan, and is a participant in Next36. Richard founded a real-estate development company in Saskatchewan, Canada, before he joined ReDev Properties Ltd. The company, which specialized in multi-family rental buildings, built over 11,000 condos and apartments, as well as numerous retail plazas. Richard was able to achieve over a billion dollars of sales with this company.
He is currently a member in the World President Organization after graduating from the Young President Organization.

The operations span from Ontario, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. The core focus of the company is to provide long-term stable assets that produce income and investment through assets with value addition potential. Crenian is the founder and president of Richmont Managemet. He dominates his industry, while also supporting causes in the community. For over a decade. Mr. Crenian supports the Scotiabank Pro-Am Hockey Tournament to fight Alzheimer’s Disease. Moreover. He created and funded Baycrest Match My Gift Campaign, which is a campaign that allows donors to donate generously with Mr. Crenian’s help. Mr. Crenian also works to develop the next generation. He is able, through his role on the University of Saskatchewan’s advisory board and as a mentor for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and Next Canada to reach out to the younger generation and share the experiences he has gained in the industry.
